TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: September 15, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TapPalm (the "Site", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. 1. WHAT TAPPALM IS TapPalm lets you earn rewards by completing offers from third-party advertisers, such as installing and using apps, playing games, answering surveys or signing up for services. Offers are provided by our advertising partners, not by us. We do not guarantee any minimum amount of earnings. 2. ELIGIBILITY - You must be at least 18 years old. - Only one account is allowed per person, household, device and payment address. - You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. 3. HOW EARNINGS WORK - Rewards are credited only after the advertiser confirms that you completed the offer according to its requirements. Some offers take hours or days to confirm. - New earnings stay in a PENDING status for the period shown on the Site (currently 14 days) before they become available for cashout. This protects against reversed or fraudulent completions. - If an advertiser or partner reverses, rejects or charges back a completion, the related reward will be removed from your balance, even if it was already available. - Reward amounts shown for each offer may change at any time until the offer is completed. - Your balance has no cash value until it is paid out and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged with other users. 4. CASHOUTS - You can request a cashout once your available balance reaches the minimum shown on the Site. - Cashouts are reviewed manually and are normally processed within 7 business days after the request. - You are responsible for entering a correct payment address and choosing the correct network. Payments sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered and will not be reissued. - We may request additional verification (for example, email or identity confirmation) before paying a cashout. - You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings in your country. 5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES The following are not allowed and will lead to account closure and loss of all balances: - Creating or using more than one account, or sharing accounts. - Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, device farms or any tool that hides your real identity, location or device. - Providing false or third-party information to complete offers. - Completing offers you already completed before, or abusing offers in any way. - Self-referrals or fake referrals. - Any attempt to manipulate, hack or exploit the Site or its partners. 6. REFERRALS If a referral program is active, referral rewards are paid only for real, new users who follow these Terms. We may change or end the referral program at any time. Rewards obtained through fraudulent referrals will be removed. 7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND CLOSURE We may suspend or close any account, and cancel pending or available balances, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms or is involved in fraud. You can close your account at any time by contacting us; any available balance under the minimum cashout will be lost. Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed and their balances cancelled. 8. THIRD-PARTY OFFERS Offers, apps and websites from advertisers are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, products or services. Before completing an offer, read its requirements carefully. 9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost earnings, offers that are not credited by advertisers, or interruptions of the Site. Our total liability to you will never exceed the available balance in your account. 10. CHANGES We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. 11. DISPUTES If you have a problem with the Site, contact us first so we can try to solve it.
